International Experience Presents : China Migrant Workers School
 

You may have seen something about this school on CNN or read about it on the internet (a few links are on the bottom of this page). Thousands of children living in a migrant workers camp outside of Beijing. The government, in an effort to discourage the migrant workers from staying, refuses to allow these children to attend local schools. The NBA has generously donated a new school building. Can you help them learn English?

The 21 week program includes:

• 4 week TEFL International TESOL course in Zhuhai, People’s Republic of China (very close to Hong Kong)

• Mandarin language lessons 

• 4 month teaching placement 

• Accommodation 

• Internationally-recognized TEFL certificate 

Program Cost: US$1,590

Dates: Programs begin at the beginning of every month, all year long.

The 6 week program includes: 

• 1 week TEFL International PELT course in Zhuhai, People’s Republic of China (very close to Hong Kong) 

• Mandarin language lessons
