The 2004 Asian Tsunami did more than kill hundreds of thousands of people. It also destroyed communities and the livelihood of hundreds of thousands of fishermen in the region. TEFL International, Cultural Extremes and PDA and these communities need your help! 

Many communities in Krabi, Thailand are seeking volunteer English teachers. By teaching English, you can provide people within their community with the ability to work in the field of Tourism. By gaining a working knowledge of English, these tsunami survivors will be able to earn relatively high wages in restaurants, hotels and shops that deal with tourists.

You can choose to volunteer for a minimum of six weeks or as long as you like.
